Linden Organic

I designed for Linden Organic, a neighborhood shop known for its gluten-free, organic, plant-based menu, to strengthen and expand their brand. Their mission centers on simple, trustworthy ingredients and wellness on the go, and they wanted that same care reflected in every part of their digital and physical presence.

My work has supported their goals of creating a more intuitive, user-focused brand experience across social media, newsletters, and merchandise. These projects have allowed me to help Linden translate their values into a cohesive visual and communication system that feels as thoughtful as their food.

Print & Packaging

I developed an organic cotton print for a tee and hat to promote the Gilbert Days Rodeo and Parade in historic downtown Gilbert. Since Linden often serves as a vendor at the event, they wanted merch that let guests take home a piece of their community involvement.

I refined the Linden logo by introducing a simple leaf motif that highlights the brand’s namesake while keeping the look modern and clean. This update carried through to the shop’s packaging, stickers, cups, and other touchpoints, creating a cohesive brand system that feels natural, fresh, and easy to recognize.

Social Media

Instagram Stories were used to introduce these new brand elements, helping guests get familiar with the updated logo and see the design changes in action.

Digital Newsletter

Impact

The monthly newsletter and its new template made the brand’s updates easier for readers to follow and enjoy. The layout felt cleaner and more consistent, which helped the content land with stronger impact and made each issue quicker to produce. The refreshed design also supported clearer storytelling and more intentional calls to action.

Results

These improvements directly boosted performance. The newsletter saw an 18% percent increase in open rates and a 12% percent rise in click-throughs, showing that readers were not only noticing the emails more but also engaging with the content at a higher level.
